As my senior year of college is nearing towards the end, it is quite obvious that the next stage of life is going to be filled with job search. There are approximately three areas of my interest. Human resources, PR, and marketing communication.

These are indeed troubling times for looking for a job, since the economy is going down the pipes, companies are getting scared of impacts of the crisis on them and hiring freezes are beginning to be more popular by day. Being a firm believer in “nothing is impossible” philosophy, I will share with you all my successes and failures relating to job search.

While being ‘out there’, I shall try to give you a glance at what I’m doing and how I’m doing it. It will begin with developing a personal brand, continue through resume writing and we’ll also cover interviews. Before we get immersed into the situation, let me tell you that everything will be told from solely my perspective along with my biases. Disagree, tell me your opinion, ask questions. Don’t forget to keep the discussion in the limits of good manners, though.
